The Kasha Award is given annually to recognize and stimulate research and to promote quality scientific writing. All Molecular Biophysics graduate students who are primary authors on a published paper in the past two years are eligible to be nominated by their major professors. This year's winner will be announced at the ceremony, with a special seminar presentation by 2003 MOB graduate Dr. Tian (major professor: Dr. Timothy Cross). A catered lunch will be offered in the KLB lobby following the seminar.
