Two talks: 'Synaptic inputs to glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) neurons in rats,' Inge Guerrero, and 'Hindbrain glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) neurons that project to the hypothalamus also have axon collateral projections to widespread CNS regions,' both Rinaman lab, Florida State University. Everyone is invited to attend – faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students. This year, all talks in the series will be given by graduate students who have not yet presented to our group. Talks will be followed by a scientific Q&A session and then a constructive feedback session.
