Mitch has been a student of motivated behavior for over 30 years with a focus on taste, reward, ingestive behavior, and the neurotransmitter dopamine. He applies state-of-the-art techniques to manipulate and measure dopamine processes in the rodent brain and importantly links them to behavioral read-outs. He is recognized as a world-renowned leader in this research domain. |
