Class Demonstrations

   A popular feature of the Science on the Move Program is the large-group Demo Show.  Your students will be introduced to a variety of physical science concepts in a fun, exciting, and interactive way.  This show serves as an introduction to the program and a launching point for future activities.  The show can range anywhere from 45 minutes up to 1.5 hours.  It is possible to select the most relevant topics, and customize the show, so that the experience is most beneficial to your students.  The demonstration equipment is also available for checkout so that you may use the equipment in your classroom at your own pace and convenience.
