Yoichiro Tamori Ph.D

                    Yoichiro joined the Deng lab in September 2006 as a postdoc.

                    His current research focuses on oocyte polarization
                    in Drosophila.

                    Yoichiro received his B.S. (1998) and M.S. (2000) from
                    Hokkaido University, Japan.

                    After having worked at a company for two years,
                    he returned again to
                    Hokkaido University and got his Ph.D. in March 2005.

                    After that, he studied as a postdoc in Dartmouth College.

                    Yoichiro likes photography and to play a guitar with his little daughter.
