I am committed to bringing undergraduate and graduate students into the field. I have developed two formal undergraduate courses at FSU (Experimental Marine Ecology and Habitats and Organisms of the Panhandle) and occasionally teach undergraduate (Marine Ecology) and graduate (Evolution of Marine Life Histories) courses at the Bamfield Marine Station in British Columbia, Canada. In addition, I have brought over 70 undergraduate and graduate students with me to my field sites in Canada and the Caribbean.
