Lab Report #3

Lab 3's report will be a little different. You'll have to first finish your FindPatterns+ run before you can complete the report, so you won't be able to do it the same day as you do the lab. When FindPatterns+ does finish, return to the form, and list your chosen lab tutorial project 'molecular system' name.

1) OK, now that you've finished your FindPatterns+ run tell me about it. First of all, what GenBank subdivision did you search?

2) What FindPatterns+ MisMatch level did you specify?

3) What was the total number of sequence entries searched by FindPatterns+? How many of these sequences had the patterns you searched with, i.e. how many 'finds' were there?
