Our latest pan-gene (synteny-based, not homoelog based) is here:

However, our current pipeline is having issues where sometimes the homeologs get mixed up with syntenic orthologs, so it may not be the most accurate. To use a very accurate syntenic ortholog table, here's one for the NAMs that was generated for the NAM paper:

I was wondering if you have go-to database, MaizeGDB table/page, or publication that I can cite ...
(looking for syntenic homologs - orthologs)
