Monday, May 9 – Wednesday, May 11, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm, 112 klb—EM DATA PROCESSING WORKSHOP Host: Scott Stagg, Institute of Molecular Biophysics, and department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Florida State University. This workshop targets EM novices interested in learning about the practical aspects of processing EM data, and will cover best practices in estimating the CTF, picking particles, aligning direct detector frames, and 3D reconstruction. It will also include demonstration of how to use FSU's unique automated EM pipeline using the HPC. Anyone who is interested in 3DEM is welcome to attend; please RSVP to Scott Stagg.
