Saturday, December 9 – Saturday, December 9, 7:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Harriman Circle Park, Tallahassee—BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT FIELD DAY 2023 Everyone in Biology (faculty, postdocs, grad students, staff, lab techs...) is invited to attend this super-fun, community-building event including a wide variety of relaxed outdoor fun. In the past this has included a lab group soccer match, slow bike races, competitive rounds of rock-paper-scissors, baby races (really), croquet, frisbee/disc golf of varying sorts and more. Things wind down with a potluck dinner and s'mores around the fire. Thank you to David and Jaye Houle for again hosting this really fun day. More specific calls for setup and cleanup volunteers as well as signups for food will take place in mid- to late-November.
