Obtaining a passcode to setup Duo Two Factor Authentication if Duo is not currently enabled
If you are trying to setup Duo two factor authentication but you don't currently have any Duo devices enabled you will need to submit a guest ticket to the FSU service center.
- Visit servicecenter.fsu.edu.
- Click "Report a problem".
- Choose "Guest Sign In".
- Choose "I need something", "IT Support Services", "FSUID, Logins, Passwords, and System Access".
- Choose "Medium..." priority.
- Fill in : Subject: "Duo Mobile Passcode".
- Fill in : Description: "I need to setup Duo Mobile, the only option is Passcode but there is no text new codes option".
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone number. Use your @fsu.edu email address.
- Click "Submit". FSU ITS should get back to you with a passcode you can use to bypass the 2FA screen.
