To apply for the MS or PhD program, you will need to rhave an upper-division GPA above 3.0, and submit 3 letters of recommendation. GRE scores are not required for students who are granted a GRE waiver based on meeting specific criteria demonstrating readiness for graduate work. houses a state-of-the-art Titan Krios cryo-EM system, along with other confocal, optical, and electron microscopy systems.
FSU Coastal & Marine Lab
located on the Gulf Coast in St. Teresa FL, conducts innovative, interdisciplinary research focused on the coastal and marine ecosystems of the Wider Caribbean.
Center for Genomics and Personalized Medicine
provides consulting, data analysis support, and training for research projects with genomic components, to relieve the analytical bottleneck of genomic research projects.
Godfrey Herbarium
a museum-quality biodiversity research collection of about 210,000 plant and microalgae specimens.
Analytical and Molecular Core Labs
incorporate state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for performing biological analyses, developing methods to aid in research, and training faculty and graduate students in equipment operation and research techniques.
National High Magnetic Field Lab
houses the world's most powerful magnets used a variety of biological and chemical experiemnts, including the world’s strongest MRI magnet for in vivo imaging.
