This series was a personal project. Struck by the ubiquitous CCTV cameras in London, I set a challenge to look back at every camera looking at me. The requirement was to photograph each as I walked from the Britsh Museum back to my nearby hotel, in real time, and in sequence, no option of choosing lighting or timing, with the goal of finding as much aesthetics as possible. Is there beauty in staring back at surveillance cameras? There are at least 25 cameras; can you spot them all? If you are curious, the 15 minute route is mapped at the bottom.
