- Create a ticket method 1: Send an email to support-ticket@bio.fsu.edu.
- Create a ticket method 2: Visit the FSU Biology IT Helpdesk website that is located at https://cgi.bio.fsu.edu/helpdesk/. To get the full functionality of this website you should register your email address with the link provided within the login window.
- Both the email and web methods support attached files, however, to send attachments via the web method you must be logged in with a registered email address.
- The ticket status from either method can be followed when you are logged in with the email address that was used to create the ticket.
