Services
Library construction and QC:
- We make Illumina libraries using the NEBnext DNA Ultra II and NEBnext RNA Ultra II kits. Other methods may be used upon request.
- We employ a dedicated clean hood for pre-PCR library steps, and a Biomek 4000 liquid handling system programmed for semi-automated library construction.
- We can also provide KAPA qPCR quantitation of individual libraries and/or pools
Training:
- We can provide training on NextGen-related equipment such as the Covaris sonicator, Bioanalyzer, and Pippin.
- We can also provide training to help you make your own libraries if you want.
